GE IC660BBA020 Voltage/Current Analog I/O Block is a 24/48 VDC powered 4-input/2-output analog I/O module that is part of the Genius bus compatible series. This module has four independent input circuits and two independent output circuits. Its functions are the same as the 115 VAC version (IC660BBA100), only the power supply specifications are different.

Function & Features

  • Each circuit can accept or source signals in five analog ranges, including 0 to 10 VDC, -10 VDC to +10 VDC, -5 VDC to +5 VDC, 0 to 5 VDC, or 4 to 20 mA (1 to 5 VDC), and the IC660BBA020 can interface with other current loop devices through external resistors.
  • The IC660BBA020 converts input and output signal levels to digital count values and converts them to engineering units relevant to the application.
  • Individual inputs can be set to alarm input mode. In this mode, the analog value of the input is not sent to the human machine interface (HHM) or CPU, but the module reports if the input signal exceeds its alarm level.
