General Electric IS200EXHSG3AEC Exciter HS Relay Driver Board
Item Number:IS200EXHSG3AEC
Brand:GE
Lead Time: In stock
Description:Exciter HS Relay Driver Board
Payment: T/T
Product Description
GE IS200EXHSG3AEC is a high-speed relay driver board for exciter developed by GE Mark VI, which belongs to the GE Speedtronic EX2100 gas turbine control system. This driver board is mainly responsible for driving the DC contactors and control relays required for demagnetization and field flashover in the EX2100 excitation control system, including control relays for field flashover relays 53A and 53B, which plays a key role in starting and controlling the field flashover operation to establish excitation current in synchronous generators.
Fuctions & Features
- Excitation Control Function: The GE IS200EXHSG3AEC board is primarily responsible for driving the DC contactors (41) and control relays required for demagnetization and field flashover in the EX2100 excitation control system. These components are critical to controlling the flow of current and ensuring the proper operation of the excitation system.
- Field Flashover Control Relay: The GE IS200EXHSG3AEC includes control relays for flashover relays 53A and 53B, which are critical to the initiation and control of the field flashover operation that establishes the excitation current in the synchronous generator.
- Demagnetization Control Relay: The GE IS200EXHSG3AEC also includes a control relay for the demagnetization relay KDEP, which facilitates safe, controlled de-energization of the excitation system, preventing overvoltage buildup and ensuring safe operation.
Specification
| Dimension: | 8.26 cm x 4.19 cm x 12.1 cm |
| Power to Relay Coil: | The relay coil is powered by J9 with a nominal voltage of 125 V DC. The voltage supplied to the coil should be in the range of 100 V DC (minimum) to 140 V DC (maximum) for optimal performance. |
| Power to Relay Contacts: | The power for the relay contacts is sourced from the exciter cabinet, with a nominal voltage of 24 V DC. |
| Relay Break Characteristics: | Resistive Load: The relay can handle a resistive load of up to 2 A at 28 V DC. Inductive Load: For inductive loads, the relay can manage a current of 1 A at 28 V DC for a duration of 0.007 seconds (L/R). |
