Product Description

GE IC200PWR102 is an expansion power module for VersaMax PLC system, which can provide 3.3V and 5V DC dual output for the backplane, and supports 120VAC or 240VAC AC input. This module is mainly used to provide backplane power for CPU, NIU (Network Interface Unit) and I/O modules, and can be used as the main power supply or auxiliary power supply (used with Power Supply Booster Carrier).

Function & Features

  • Power Capability: The IC200PWR102 provides up to 1.5 amps of output current, with 3.3V outputs up to 1.0 amps. It can be installed on either the CPU or NIU module as the primary power source, or on a power booster carrier as a supplemental power source.
  • Input Voltage: The IC200PWR102 supports 120VAC or 240VAC nominal input power. With the jumper installed, the input voltage range is 85V to 132VAC, nominal at 120VAC; without the jumper installed, the input voltage range is 176V to 264VAC, nominal at 240VAC.
  • Safety Warnings: The IC200PWR102 is intended for use in hazardous locations, and explicitly states that the power must be turned off before replacing or wiring modules to prevent explosion hazards, and emphasizes that jumpers are prohibited when operating at 240VAC.
