General Electric IS200TPROS1CBB Turbine Protection Terminal Board
Item Number:IS200TPROS1CBB
Brand:GE
Lead Time: In stock
Description:Turbine Protection Terminal Board
Payment: T/T
Product Description
- GE IS200TPROS1C is a GE designed and manufactured turbine protection terminal block, part of the Mark VI series used in GE Speedtronic gas turbine control systems. This terminal block plays a critical role in ensuring safe and proper operation of the turbine and is a key component of the turbine protection and control system.
- The IS200TPROS1C manages the monitoring of various turbine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and vibration, and acts as a safeguard against potential system failure or damage.

Fuctions & Features
- Trip Solenoid Control: The trip solenoid is a critical part of the emergency turbine shutdown system, TREx and TRPx work together to ensure that the turbine can be shut down safely and quickly in an emergency.
- Overspeed Protection (VPRO Board): The VPRO board is responsible for emergency overspeed protection and triggers an emergency stop of the turbine when critical conditions are met. This action helps prevent catastrophic failure of the turbine and surrounding equipment.
- Relay Control for Fault Tolerance: The VPRO board controls twelve relays on the TREG (TREx Generator) board. The relays are organized into three groups of three, implementing a voting mechanism.
- Configuration using jumpers: The IS200TPROS1C offers configuration using jumpers, allowing the user to adjust its functionality to meet specific operational needs.
