Emerson A6125 Case Piezoelectric Vibration Monitor is part of the CSI 6500 Machinery Health Monitoring System and is designed to monitor bearing housing vibrations using accelerometers or velocity sensors.
It is a single slot monitor that can be used with other CSI 6500 monitors to form a machinery protection monitor that complies with API 670 standards.
Function & Features
- Housing vibration monitoring: A6125 uses a piezoelectric accelerometer or velocity sensor to measure housing vibration (unit: acceleration g or velocity mm/sec/in/sec).
- Alarm and protection: A6125 can compare vibration parameters with preset alarm thresholds, trigger relay outputs, and support remote limit adjustment and trip bypass functions.
- Upgrade: A6125 is a new generation of piezoelectric sensor design, gradually replacing traditional seismic sensors. It is recommended to use it when the sensor and monitoring system are upgraded simultaneously.
