This module must be installed in the special expansion connector located on the right end of the Universal Backplane. It is equipped with two green LEDs that indicate the operating status of the module and the status of the expansion link. The “EXP OK” LED lights up when backplane 5V power is applied, while the “Expansion Active” LED indicates the status of the expansion bus communication.
