Product Description
The IOC4T 200-560-000-114 Input/Output Card is the signal interface of the MPC4 mechanical protection card. It is installed at the rear of the rack and is directly connected to the rack backplane through two connectors. Each IOC4T card is associated with a corresponding MPC4 card and is installed directly behind it, communicating with the MPC4 card through the Industry Pack (IP) interface in slave mode.
Function & Features
- Dynamic Signal Input: The IOC4T card receives raw vibration/speed signals from vibration sensors (e.g., eddy current probes, accelerometers) and transmits them to the MPC4 card for processing.
- Analog Voltage Output (0–10 V): The IOC4T card provides a calibrated signal via an onboard DAC (digital-to-analog converter).
- Current Output (4–20 mA): The IOC4T card uses a voltage-to-current converter (jumper selectable).
- Local Relays: The IOC4T card has 4 programmable relays that can be configured via software to trigger MPC4 alarms (e.g., "Sensor OK," "Alarm," "Danger").
