Product Description
IOC4T 200-560-000-013 input/output card is a signal interface card for the MPC4 machinery protection card. It is mounted at the rear of the rack and is directly connected to the rack backplane via two connectors. The card has 4 dynamic signal inputs and 2 tachometer (speed) inputs, which can connect the raw dynamic and speed signals of the sensor to the MPC4, and the processed signals are returned to the terminal block of the IOC4T front panel. It can protect the input and output from electromagnetic interference and signal surges, and is suitable for machinery monitoring and protection in a variety of industrial scenarios.

- Signal interface: The IOC4T 200-560-000-013 input/output card provides 4 dynamic signal inputs and 2 tachometer (speed) inputs for connecting sensors and signal conditioners. All input/output connections are made through 48 screw terminal connectors.
- Relay Functionality: The IOC4T 200-560-000-013 I/O card contains 4 local relays that can be configured via software to specific alarm signals (such as MPC4 fault or sensor status).
- Output Signals: The IOC4T 200-560-000-013 I/O card has 32 fully programmable open collector outputs that can be connected to either IRC4 or RLC16 relay cards via jumper select. Buffered raw sensor signals and analog output signals (voltage or current) are provided for the vibration channel.
- Signal Processing: The IOC4T 200-560-000-013 I/O card provides 4 on-board digital-to-analog converters (DACs) that output calibrated signals with a range of 0 to 10 V. 4 on-board voltage-to-current converters are provided with an output range of 4 to 20 mA (jumper selectable).
