The IRC4 601-001-001-003 Intelligent Relay Card is a high-specification accessory for rack-mount machinery monitoring systems. This fixed-mount relay card must be installed at the rear of an ABE04x rack, providing relay-related functionality for the system.

It is a configurable logic operation and relay output unit. When standard monitoring channels are insufficient to implement interlocking and voting logic, the IRC4 relay card, through software configuration, utilizes data from other cards in the system (such as the MPC4 and AMC8) to drive additional relays.

• Relay Drive Logic: The IRC4 601-001-001-003 provides additional relay functionality. Its drive logic is equation-based and can accept up to 86 input signals from MPC4 and/or AMC8 cards.

• Relay Configuration: The IRC4 601-001-001-003 is equipped with eight relays and supports two configuration modes: eight single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) relays or four double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) relays.

• Software-Based Configuration: The IRC4 601-001-001-003 relay card is fully configurable using the dedicated IRC4 Configurator software, eliminating the need for manual hardware adjustments.

• Adjustable Relay State and Delay: Each relay can be independently configured for its operating state (normally energized (NE) or normally de-energized (NDE)) and delay parameters.
