Product Description
The TQ402 111-402-000-012 (A1-B6-C092-D000-E050-F0-000-H05) is a non-contact proximity sensor that requires the IQS900 signal conditioner to form a complete displacement measurement system. It is used to monitor the gap distance between a metal target (such as a machine shaft) and the sensor probe.
Note:The IQS900 signal conditioner replaces the older IQS450 and is for use with TQ402 111-402-000-012.
Features & Functions
Probe Construction:
Coil: Ø8 mm wire-wound coil encapsulated in a Torlon® (polyamide-imide) probe tip.
Body Material: AISI 316L stainless steel, sealed with high-temperature epoxy resin.
Cable Configuration:
TQ402 111-402-000-012 (A1-B6-C092-D000-E050-F0-000-H05) Internal coaxial cable: 70 Ω impedance, FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) jacket, Ø3.6 mm.
Extension Cables (EA40x): Combined to achieve total system lengths of 1 m, 5 m, or 10 m.
Connector: Self-locking micro coaxial connector, requires manual tightening to lock.
