Bently Nevada TK-3E is a sensor module for vibration monitoring systems and is part of the Bently Nevada vibration monitoring product line. It is used to simulate shaft vibration and position, calibrate Bently Nevada monitors, and verify the accuracy of monitor readings and the health of proximity sensor systems. Calibration of the TK-3E ensures the accuracy of sensor inputs and monitor readings, thereby ensuring the safe operation of rotating machinery.

Fuctions & Features

  • Calibration Tool: The TK-3E is used to calibrate Bently Nevada vibration monitors and verify the performance of proximity sensor systems. It ensures accurate monitor readings by simulating shaft vibration and position signals.
  • Universal Probe Holder: The TK-3E is equipped with a universal probe holder that supports probes with diameters from 5 mm to 19 mm (0.197 in. to 0.75 in.). It is suitable for a variety of probe types.
  • Magnetic Base: The TK-3E spindle micrometer assembly is equipped with a magnetic base for easy installation and operation.
  • Motor Driven Swing Plate: The TK-3E uses a motor-driven swing plate to simulate vibration signals, and calibration can be completed without an oscilloscope. The proximity probe is fixed by the swing arm assembly, and the probe position is adjusted to match the desired mechanical vibration signal.
