GE IS200VVIBH1C is a vibration monitoring board developed for GE Mark VI system. This board is mainly used to process vibration probe signals from TVIB or DVIB terminal boards. It digitizes various vibration signals and transmits them to the controller through VME bus. Mark VI system uses Bently Nevada probes in shaft vibration monitoring and supports various types of vibration probes, such as close-range probes, velocity probes, acceleration probes, seismic probes, and phase probes.
Function & Features
- Multi-probe support: The GE IS200VVIBH1C IS200VVIBH1CAB board supports Bently Nevada's Proximitor, Seismic, Accelerometer, and Velomitor vibration probes and supports simplex or TMR mode power supply.
- Signal processing and transmission: The GE IS200VVIBH1C IS200VVIBH1CAB board performs A/D conversion on the signal returned by the probe and transmits the processed data to the controller via the VME bus.
- Sampling and calculation: The GE IS200VVIBH1C IS200VVIBH1CAB board samples the probe input in discrete time periods at a frequency of up to 4600 samples per second and calculates the vibration value by calculating the difference between the maximum and minimum values.
