Product Description
GE IS200EGDMH1A is an excitation grounding detection module designed for the EX2100 excitation control system. The IS200EGDMH1A module adopts a dual-slot 6U high board structure and is installed in the excitation power backplane rack. It accurately measures the resistance value of the generator excitation circuit to ground to achieve real-time monitoring and protection of AC/DC side insulation faults.
Function & Features
- Excitation signal generation: IS200EGDMH1A activates the main module to generate ±50V/10Hz square wave and transmits it to the EXAM detection resistor through a shielded cable.
- Three-level electrical isolation: optocoupler isolation, transformer isolation, optical fiber isolation.
- Preventive maintenance: IS200EGDMH1A analyzes insulation degradation trends (records R value change curves) and displays real-time ground impedance spectra through HMI.
