Product Description

Bently Nevada 78432-02 terminal distribution boards are essential components in industrial monitoring systems, especially in machinery protection and condition monitoring. The terminal board is a critical connection point for wiring connections between sensors, monitoring equipment and central monitoring systems, ensuring data transmission and equipment protection.

Bently Nevada 78432-02 Terminal Distribution Board

Fuctions & Features

Signal reception

  • Connecting sensors and equipment: The distribution board is connected to various sensors (such as vibration sensors, displacement sensors, etc.) and other related equipment through specific interfaces. The sensors monitor the operating status of industrial equipment in real time and convert physical quantities (such as vibration amplitude, displacement changes, etc.) into electrical signals (such as voltage and current signals). These electrical signals contain key information about the operating status of the equipment and are then transmitted to the terminal distribution board.
  • Input signal processing: After receiving the input signal, the distribution board will perform preliminary processing and inspection on it to ensure that the signal strength, frequency and other parameters are within the processable range. For example, the signal is filtered to remove high-frequency noise and interference signals that may be contained therein to ensure subsequent processing.

Signal distribution

  • Based on system requirements: According to the design and configuration requirements of the entire industrial automation control system, the terminal distribution board will distribute the received signals to different modules or devices. These modules or devices may include monitoring systems, control systems, data acquisition systems, etc.
  • Multi-channel output: Through the internal circuit layout and connection method, it can realize the function of one input signal corresponding to multiple outputs. For example, a vibration signal collected by a sensor may need to be transmitted to the monitoring module for real-time display of the vibration status of the equipment, and to the data analysis module for long-term trend analysis and fault prediction. The distribution board will accurately distribute the signal to the corresponding module.
