Bently Nevada 3500/33 149992-01 is a 16-channel relay output module for the 3500 machinery protection system. As part of the system, it converts alarm signals from monitoring modules (such as vibration and temperature monitoring modules) into relay contact outputs, thereby actuating external devices (such as alarm lights, horns, and shutdown circuits).
This module serves as the output and actuation unit in the 3500 frame and is located in any slot to the right of the rack interface module.

- Number of Channels: The 3500/33 149992-01 provides 16 independent relay outputs, each with its own dedicated voting logic, independent of other channels.
- Alarm Drive Logic: Each relay channel in the 3500/33 149992-01 features built-in "Alarm Drive Logic," supporting programming with AND and OR logic. Available signal sources include alarm/danger signals from any monitoring channel within the rack, equipment abnormality (Not-OK) signals, or monitoring points (PPLs) from a single channel.
- TMR Application Limitations: Please note that the 3500/33 149992-01 module does not support triple modular redundancy (TMR) applications. For such scenarios, the 3500/34 TMR relay module must be used.
