Product Description

EPRO MMS6220 is a dual-channel eccentricity monitor, part of the EPRO MMS 6000 Machine Condition Monitoring System. It processes relative shaft radial vibration (eccentricity) signals from eddy current sensors and calculates peak-to-peak values, minimum/maximum values, and other parameters.

Users can configure the MMS6220's parameters and operating modes via a laptop connected to the RS-232 interface. The monitor also displays measured characteristic values, order analysis results, and data from the last speed increase or decrease.

Function & Features

  • Dual-Channel Detection: The EPRO MMS6220 can simultaneously process signals from two eddy current sensors (EPRO PR 642X series is recommended).
  • Alarm Latching: The EPRO MMS6220 can temporarily disable alarms via the monitor lock function, an error message, or an external signal.
  • Start/Stop Data Logging: The EPRO MMS6220 can record and store characteristic data from the last startup or shutdown process.
  • Order Analysis: The EPRO MMS6220 supports order analysis of vibration signals, identifying speed-related vibration components.
  • Safety Mechanism: After downloading the parameter configuration, the alarm function is automatically disabled for approximately 120 seconds (60-second delay + 60-second alarm re-enablement).
