Bently Nevada 3500/65-02-00 (172109-01) RTD isolated thermocouple I/O module is a temperature sensing module in the 3500 series monitoring system, mainly used for accurate temperature monitoring of rotating machinery. It can provide 16 channels of temperature monitoring, accept temperature inputs from resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) and isolated thermocouples (TCs), and can be programmed through the 3500 rack configuration software to accept isolated thermocouples, three-wire RTDs, four-wire RTDs, or a combination of TC and RTD inputs. In a triple-mode redundant (TMR) configuration, temperature monitors must be installed in groups of three adjacent monitors, and two voting methods are used to ensure accurate operation and avoid single point failures.
