General Electric IS200TREGH1BDB Trip Emergency Termination Board

GE IS200TREGH1BDB is a Mark VI series Trip Emergency Termination Board. This board manages and controls the three trip solenoid valves that actuate the gas turbine's emergency shutoff valves. Using a set of 12 internal relays, it uses a "two-out-of-three" voting logic to control the power supply to the solenoid valves, thereby implementing operations such as overspeed protection and emergency shutdown.

Note: The IS200TREGH1BDB board is typically paired with a negative power supply board to provide DC power to the trip solenoid valves.

Function & Features

• Servo Valve Clamp: When the turbine trips, the IS200TREGH1BDB board sends a signal to the terminal board via the J1 connector. Upon receiving this signal, the TSVO board activates a hydraulic servo valve clamp, shutting off the hydraulic oil supply to the fuel actuator.

• Emergency Overspeed Protection: The IS200TREGH1BDB monitors gas turbine speed to prevent it from exceeding mechanical limits.

• Emergency Stop: The IS200TREGH1BDB triggers the tripping of actuators, such as the solenoid, in response to a manual emergency stop command or other critical fault signals.
