IQS450204-450-000-002 A1-B23-H10-I0 signal conditioner is a device that acts on the drive sensor and converts the signal to a standard voltage/current output. Together with the TQ401 non-contact sensor, it forms a calibrated proximity measurement system.
The system outputs a voltage or current proportional to the distance between the sensor probe and the target (such as a machine shaft), which can achieve non-contact measurement of the relative displacement of moving mechanical parts.
Function&Features
Non-contact measurement
- Based on the eddy current effect, measure the gap between the metal shaft and the probe (0.1~50mm typical range, depending on the model).
- Linear output: voltage/current signal is strictly proportional to the gap change (such as 4-20mA corresponds to 0-2mm).
High-frequency modulation and demodulation (HF Modem)
- The signal conditioner (IQS450) has a built-in high-frequency drive circuit.
- Aluminum housing, shielding electromagnetic noise.
