Product Description
The TQ912-011 (part number 111-912-000-011 A1-B6-E5000-F2-G4800-H05) is an eddy current proximity sensor that does not operate independently but forms a complete proximity measurement chain together with an extension cable and a signal conditioner.
Usage:The sensor is used for non-contact measurement of the relative displacement between the moving and stationary parts of rotating machinery. Its output signal is proportional to the distance between the sensor probe and the target metal surface.
Note: This product is designed for reverse installation.
Function & Features
- The TQ912-011 111-912-000-011 sensor is the core front end of the "TQ9xx measurement chain" and is designed for use with the EA90x (to extend the distance from the sensor to the conditioner as needed) or the IQS900.
- The TQ912-011 111-912-000-011 probe is injection-molded from PPS engineering plastic and houses the induction coil; the sensor body is constructed from stainless steel.
- The TQ912-011 111-912-000-011 is available with metric and imperial thread sizes and includes options such as an interconnect protector (IP172) and a junction box (JB118).
