Product Description
The CMC16 200-530-025-014 is a condition monitoring card. It has 10 available frequency bands per channel, covering a wide range of values, such as RMS, peak, etc., and can process acceleration, velocity and displacement signals, converting them to any standard. Data is sent to the host only when an anomaly occurs, and values can be averaged for smoothing or noise reduction, and long-term averages calculated for data trend analysis. When values exceed configurable limits or deviate from the baseline, events are generated and adaptive monitoring can adjust alarm set points. It can detect startup, shutdown and overspeed of the machine and provides higher density recording in transient mode.
Fuctions & Features
- With 16 individually configurable dynamic channels, it can flexibly adapt to different monitoring needs.
- The first 4 channels can also be configured as speed inputs, and the last 12 channels can be configured as process value inputs, which are versatile.
- Each channel has 10 fully configurable frequency bands, which can include RMS, Peak, Peak-to-Peak, True Peak, True Peak-to-Peak, Gap, Smax, etc., or any configurable frequency band based on synchronous or asynchronous acquisition spectrum.
- With 16 parallel programmable anti-aliasing filters and ADCs (Analog-to-Digital Converters), each channel is equipped with a 14-bit ADC, and the values transmitted to the PC are truncated to 12 bits + sign (resolution of 1/4096), which can effectively process input signals and perform accurate conversions.
- Each band can be configured with 6 alarms with hysteresis deadbands, events are generated when values exceed one of 6 configurable limits, exceed a rate-of-change alarm, or deviate from a stored baseline, and adaptive monitoring technology can be used to dynamically adjust alarm set points based on machine parameters.
