Bently Nevada 3500/61 163179-02 Temperature Monitor
Item Number:3500/61 163179-02
Brand: Bently Nevada
Lead Time: In stock
Description: Temperature Monitor
Payment: T/T
Product Description
Bently Nevada 3500/61 163179-02 temperature monitor features six temperature monitoring channels and supports both resistance temperature detector (RTD) and thermocouple (TC) temperature input types. It conditions these inputs and compares them to user-programmable alarm setpoints.
Note:The monitor is available in two different I/O module versions: RTD/TC non-isolated and TC isolated. In a triple modular redundant (TMR) configuration, the temperature monitors must be installed adjacent to each other in groups of three.
Function & Features
- High Channel Count: The 3500/61 163179-02 monitoring module provides six independent temperature monitoring channels.
- Dual Input Type: A single 3500/61 163179-02 module can accept both resistance temperature detector (RTD) and thermocouple (TC) temperature sensor inputs.
- Programmable Alarm Points: Each channel supports software-defined alarm setpoints (e.g., warning, danger). When the monitored temperature exceeds these setpoints, the module triggers the corresponding alarm output.

FAQ
Q: What's the difference between the 3500/61 and 3500/60 modules?
A:The core monitoring and alarm functions are identical.
The only difference is that the 3500/61 provides isolated recorder outputs for all six channels, while the 3500/60 does not.
Q: Can a single 3500/61 163179-02 module connect to both RTDs and thermocouples?
A:Yes, but you need to pay attention to the module version. If you ordered the non-isolated RTD/TC version, you can configure each channel independently via software to accept either RTD or TC signals, allowing for mixed use;If you ordered the isolated TC version, the channels are typically designed specifically for thermocouple inputs and do not support mixed RTD inputs.
Q: What can the "Logger Out" signal on the 3500/61 163179-02 module be used for?
A: The recorder output is an analog signal proportional to the temperature value, which you can connect to DCS, data loggers, and other analysis software systems.
Q: What is the return and exchange policy?
A: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the goods if there are any quality issues, excluding damage caused by human error or misuse.
Q:What are the available shipping methods?
A: FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others.
