GE DS200IQXDG1A (including DS200IQXDG1AAA) is an inverter snubber card. This card is mainly used in inverter systems (devices that convert direct current into alternating current AC, commonly used in motor drives, new energy systems, etc.), and the card can suppress transient voltages and spikes generated during switching, protecting power semiconductor devices.
Note:This card primarily protects power switching devices such as Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) and Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFETs).
Function & Features
- When power semiconductors (such as IGBTs and MOSFETs) in an inverter switch, high-frequency voltage spikes can occur. The DS200IOXDG1A (DS200IOXDG1AAA) snubber board can suppress these spikes, preventing the power semiconductors from being damaged by overvoltage breakdown.
