It can detect small changes in vibration and is suitable for various monitoring scenarios. It can capture subtle changes in equipment vibration. It uses piezoelectric technology to convert mechanical vibration into electric charge using the piezoelectric effect.

When installed on rotating machinery, the surface of the piezoelectric material will generate a charge proportional to the mechanical stress, that is, the mechanical vibration energy is converted into electrical energy in the form of charge. The charge generated by piezoelectric technology is collected and processed by the internal circuit of the sensor, usually with the help of a charge amplifier to convert the weak charge signal into a voltage signal that is easier to measure and transmit.
