The EPRO PR6423/010-010 8mm eddy current sensor is a non-contact eddy current displacement sensor used to measure dynamic parameters of rotating machinery. It utilizes the eddy current induction principle, detecting displacement changes of a metal target through an electromagnetic field.
Main measurement ranges:
Radial vibration measurement: Monitors the vibration amplitude of a shaft during operation.
Axial displacement measurement: Monitors axial movement of the shaft to prevent friction and collision with components such as impellers and gears.
Eccentricity measurement: Measures shaft deflection during low-speed cranking.
Speed measurement: Measures shaft speed and phase using the keyphasor function.
Position measurement: Measures shaft clearance relative to stationary components.
Products Description
- The EPRO PR6423/010-010 sensor body and 1 meter cable can withstand radiation doses up to 80 Mrad, far exceeding ordinary sensors.
- In a strong radiation field of 0.5 Sv/h, the EPRO PR6423/010-010 calculated lifetime is extremely long (18.26 years for neutron radiation and 183 years for beta/gamma radiation).
- The EPRO PR6423/010-010 sensor probe is made of epoxy resin, which is insulating and anti-aging, allowing the probe to maintain accurate measurements during long-term use.
- The EPRO PR6423/010-010 housing is made of stainless steel with an EPDM O-ring seal to protect the internal components.
