Product Description

EPRO CON021 eddy current signal converter is a sensor signal converter designed for key turbomachinery applications such as steam, gas and water turbines, compressors, pumps and fans. It is used to measure radial and axial displacement, position, eccentricity and speed / phase of the shaft. It can accurately measure multiple parameters of the shaft and provide data support for accurate monitoring of turbomachinery.

Fuctions & Features

  • The frequency range is 0 to 20,000Hz (-3dB), which can adapt to different measurement scenarios.
  • The rise time is less than 15µs, which can track signal changes in time and output measurement results quickly.
  • It can withstand 5g, 60Hz shock and vibration and maintain operation in the vibration environment of turbomachinery
  • The protection level is IP20, which can prevent foreign objects from intruding and dust from entering, protecting the internal circuit.
  • There are two power supply voltage ranges, namely - 23V to - 32V (output range - 4V to - 20V) and - 21V to - 32V (output range - 2V to - 18V).
  • The sensor adopts a self-locking Lemo plug, and the power supply/output adopts a screw terminal type (maximum 1.5mm² wire).
