Product Description
The Bently Nevada 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-precision, reliable sensor used extensively for monitoring vibration and displacement in rotating machinery. The probe features advanced design combined with patented technologies that offer improved durability and stability compared to traditional designs. The 3300 XL series probes are available in both armored and unarmored options, and they are fully interchangeable with other units and cables in the series. The patented TipLoc molding design provides a robust bond between the probe tip and the probe body, making it more durable. The probe’s cable uses the patented CableLoc design, offering 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength to securely attach the probe cable and probe tip.
The probe, extension cable, and Proximitor sensor all use corrosion-resistant, gold-plated ClickLoc connectors. These connectors require only finger-tight torque to secure (they “click” when tight), and the specially engineered locking mechanism prevents them from loosening. No special tools are required for installation or removal.
