Product Description
IS200VCRCH1B is a contact input/relay output board in the GEMark VI series control system, mainly used to process discrete signal input and relay output control. The board supports 48 discrete inputs and 24 relay outputs, and is connected to four terminal boards through the matching daughter board, which can replace the wider VCCC module.
Function & Features
- 48 discrete inputs: The first 24 are connected via a TBCI terminal board (dry contact inputs), and the second 24 require a second terminal board for expansion. The input signals are powered by a DC power supply and connected to the VME rack via a cable with a molded plug.
- Sequence of Events Recording (SOE): The IS200VCRCH1B can capture contact chatter and pulses as low as 6 milliseconds with a time resolution of 1 millisecond.
- 24 relay outputs: The first 6 can be configured via jumpers to drive external solenoid valves or dry contact (Form-C) outputs, supporting 125V DC or 115V AC power supply options.
