Product Description
The IOC4T 200-560-000-111 Input/Output Card is a signal interface card for the MPC4 mechanical protection card. It connects the MPC4 card to external sensors and control systems, responsible for signal input, distribution, and output.
Role: It is a dedicated slave device for the MPC4 mechanical protection card and must be used in pairs.
Mounting Method: It is installed on the rear of the ABE04x or ABE056, directly behind its corresponding MPC4 card, and connects to the rack backplane via two connectors.
Function & Features
- Signal Interfaces: The card's four dynamic signal inputs are designed for connecting dynamic sensors such as vibration (accelerometers, velocity sensors) and displacement. Its two tachometer (speed) inputs are designed for connecting a key phaser or speed sensor to provide a speed reference signal.
- Four buffered raw sensor signal outputs: The IOC4T 200-560-000-111 provides raw dynamic signals, unprocessed by the MPC4, for external analysis.
- 32 programmable open-collector outputs: Digital signals representing alarm states are transmitted to the rack backplane. The IOC4T 200-560-000-111 can be assigned, via jumpers, to an optional RLC16 relay card or IRC4 relay card installed in the same rack.
