The CI185 185-020-AT-CA-M001 accelerometer is a precision vibration sensor. The cable is a standard 5-meter armored PTFE cable. It measures vibration by outputting a 4-20mA DC current proportional to the root mean square velocity (mm/s). It is suitable for industrial machinery condition monitoring (such as turbines, pumps, compressors and motors), structural health monitoring (such as buildings, bridges), and other scenarios, which can help predictive maintenance.
Function&Features
- Measurement type: acceleration (dynamic vibration), output signal is 4-20mA DC current signal proportional to RMS velocity (mm/s)2.
- Typical applications: industrial machinery vibration monitoring (such as motors, pumps, fans and other rotating equipment status monitoring).
- Frequency response: 2Hz–1kHz (±10%), covering common mechanical vibration frequency bands
