The TQ902 111-902-000-011 (Order No. A1-B1-C72-D2-E10000-F2-G9800-H10) is a proximity sensor designed for non-contact vibration and axial displacement measurement in equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps and fans. It is used with the EA902 extension cable and IQS900 signal conditioner to provide voltage or current output and is suitable for high temperature and hazardous environments (such as explosive gas areas).
Note: The TQ902 and TQ912 sensors have the same specifications and characteristics, but different installation requirements.
Function
- Non-contact measurement: Based on eddy current technology, the TQ902 111-902-000-011 can detect the displacement, vibration or rotation speed of metal targets without physical contact.
- Multiple range options: The TQ902 111-902-000-011 provides 2 mm or 4 mm linear measurement range.
- Signal output: The TQ902 111-902-000-011 outputs voltage (4–20 mA) or current (0–10 V) through the IQS900 signal conditioner, supporting long-distance transmission of 1 km.
- Temperature compensation: The TQ902 111-902-000-011 has a built-in temperature compensation circuit and can measure in the range of -40°C to 180°C.
- High frequency response: DC to 20 kHz (-3 dB)
