Vibro-Meter XMV16 620-003-001-116 Extended Vibration Monitoring Card Pair
Item Number:XMV16 620-003-001-116
Brand: Vibro-Meter
Lead Time: In stock
Description:Extended Vibration Monitoring Card Pair
Payment: T/T
Product Description
The XMV16 620-003-001-116 Extended Vibration Monitoring Card Pair consists of two critical components: the XMV16 Extended Vibration Monitoring Card and the XIO16T Extended Input/Output Card. Together, these cards provide the necessary interfacing and signal processing functions required for an intelligent data acquisition system. This system is a central part of the Total Monitoring Solution, designed to acquire, analyze, and communicate vibration data to a host computer via the built-in Ethernet controller.
Features
- XMV16 Card: Responsible for analogue to digital conversion and digital signal processing, including processing output data such as waveforms and spectra.
- XIO16T Card: Serves as the extended input/output card that complements the XMV16, facilitating communication with external systems and sensors.
- System:The XMV16 card is installed at the front of the rack, while the XIO16T card is positioned at the rear.It can be used with either a standard rack (ABE04x) or a slimline rack (ABE056). Both cards connect directly to the rack's backplane using two connectors.
- Software:The XMV16 card pair is fully configurable via software, allowing it to capture data based on various criteria:
- Time-based acquisition (e.g., continuous data capture at scheduled intervals).
- Data Acquisition:The XMV16 card captures and processes vibration data in high-resolution (24-bit ADC), ensuring that the acquiredwaveforms and spectra are highly accurate and detailed.
- The principol mode of data acquisition performs continuous monitoring, suitable for normal operations, increasing vibration levels, and transient operations.
- Output and Processing:The XMV16 card provides 20 processed outputs per channel, which can be configured for different frequency bands based on asynchronously or synchronously acquired waveforms and spectra.
