Vibro-Meter RPS6U 200-582-990-011 Rack Power Supply

RPS6U 200-582-990-011 is a 6U high-density rack power supply designed for machinery protection and condition monitoring systems. It is installed at the front of the 19-inch ABE04x system rack and connected to the VME bus of the rack backplane through two high-current connectors.

It can provide + 5 VDC and ±12 VDC power to the rack itself and all modules (cards) installed in the rack through the rack backplane, supporting AC/DC input and redundant configuration.

• Multiple input options:RPS6U 200-582-990-011 has two versions: AC input and DC input

• Output voltage：RPS6U 200-582-990-011 output voltage is + 5 VDC and ±12 VDC, which can power the rack and internal modules

• Status indicator: A power check relay is provided on the relevant rear panel at the rear of the ABE04x system rack. The relay monitors the working status of the power supply in real time. When the power supply is operating normally, it will provide feedback to the operator in a specific way (such as the indicator light is on) to indicate whether the power supply is in normal working condition.

Specifications

Note:This version has two screw terminal connectors for DC power inputs for connecting two independent DC mains. Both inputs (connectors) are connected to the same point on the rack backplane through protection diodes, allowing the rack to continue operating even if one of the DC mains fails.

The wiring assembly for the rear panel only includes additional cables if both RPS6U rack power supplies (PS1 and PS2) are AC input versions with DC input (which requires a rear panel with DC input).

• Although the design is sturdy, it needs to be used with an industrial-grade cabinet when exposed to dust and humidity for a long time to ensure heat dissipation and dust prevention.
