CE134 444-134-000-405 piezoelectric accelerometer is an industrial-grade piezoelectric accelerometer. Its core innovation lies in the integrated electronic module (built-in charge-current conversion), which does not require an external charge amplifier and can directly output current modulation signals (5 µA/g), suitable for long-distance transmission. The sensor adopts a fully sealed welded structure (AISI 316L stainless steel housing + flexible protective hose) to resist erosion by coolants, lubricating oils, steam and other pollutants.
Function & Features
- The CE134 444-134-000-405 has built-in electronics (temperature zone C) that convert charge to current and provide a current modulated output signal suitable for long distance transmission without the need for external signal conditioners and without the need to withstand high temperature zones A and B close to machinery.
- The CE134 444-134-000-405 sensor head, protection tube and electronics housing are connected by gas-tight welding and are equipped with a flexible stainless steel leak-proof protection tube.
- The CE134 444-134-000-405 uses a centrally mounted symmetrical compression mode measuring cell (ceramic material) combined with an integral housing insulation design.
